Whew, what a busy weekend!

Hmmmm COLD Enuf for Ya?.....Damn, would someone please bump up the heat on the way by the thermostat.

Saturday night, Bonnie Diver (Metro Traffic/works with Ami Angel and friend of the Star Morning Show) invited me to COOK, that's right COOK for her 3rd Annual Recipe of Hope. Bonnie, a cancer survivor, has done some great work with her charity Hair Peace, (which assists local cancer patients in buying wigs). If you know anything about me you know I don't cook! So this was a real challenge for me. I contacted my Mom for her famous (in our house anyway) Mac N' Cheese. Viola, INSTANT home run, I walked away from Saturday night's benefit with nothing but CLEAN casserole dishes... Here's some BAD cameraphone photos of the event. Yes, that's KDKA's Ken Rice, my wife Lerse, and Zeke from the Y108 Morning Show in this photo.

Oh and this is KDKA's Keith Jones

Finally, it's Y108's Tracey Morgan...who made the most delicious chocolate chip cookies, I believe she includes a 'snickers bar' in da middle. Two maximum or you'll......DIE!

Thanks for the invite Bonnie, great time, and a great charity!!!!
Sunday night, Kate, Pete, Lerse and I were amoung the 15 hundred people who renewed their vows at the Carnagie History Museum in Oakland. The event should be logged into the Guiness Book of World Records as the largest of it's kind EVER. Mayor Luke administered the vows, What a Venue!!!!

Many more photos coming to this website...but here are our two fav geeks!

NICE!!!

Late
